Tobacco Plaza, Ltd ships via UPS, the cost of which is calculated based on weight and destination and will be displayed during the checkout process.
We ship primarily in the United States with limited shipments outside of the US.
Incorrect Address: In the event, a customer enters an incorrect address, we will make every attempt to rectify the situation once we are made aware of it.
Extra costs incurred from UPS will be at the consumer’s expense.
Returns: As with all things at TP, it is our pleasure to help. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you have made your purchase in error, you may return the item or items to us within 15 days of receipt of your order for a prompt exchange, credit, or refund of the returned product. Tobacco Plaza, Ltd’s website is for the purchase of tobacco products. Purchasers must be 19 years of age or older. Age verification may be required before online or retail store purchases are made.

NYS Residents: The NYS Tobacco Tax will be added to all shipments of Tobacco sold to NYS Residents at the time of purchase.
